A few things to know
What can I do for free?
Log daily care, share records with your family and view charts. Photo uploads have a limit. Five magazine cover designs include name editing, photo composition and image export for free.
What does Premium include?
Premium increases the photo upload limit and adds more cover designs, headline editing and monthly album PDF export, among other features. Creating a monthly album and exporting its PDF requires at least 10 care records from your family in the selected month. Premium is a paid, auto-renewing subscription. Check the purchase screen in the app for current pricing and terms.
How do I invite my family?
Register an account, go to More → Family & Members, and create an invitation. The recipient installs the app, then opens the invitation link again or enters the invitation code in Join Family.
Can I track more than one pet?
You can add pets and keep care records for each of them. Family members join the same family account to share those records.
Which devices and languages are supported?
PetLog is available for iPhone and Android. The app supports Japanese, English, Spanish and Chinese.

In the app, go to More → Contact us. If you cannot open the app, use the support contact below.
Do I have to enable notifications?
You can keep records without allowing notifications. To receive care reminders, set a reminder in the app and allow notifications on your device.
